literally your diet. I squat, I don't train abs by themselves and I have a 6 pack. but I'm also 14-16% BF. If you are too fat you won't have abs. If you have no abs and you're super thin, then you need to build muscle. I recommend 15 minutes 2 times a week. do sit-up cross over toe touches, crunchy frog, leg lift, scissor kick, bicycle kick etc. in 2 min increments with a 30 sec to a minute rest in between. good luck anon
