well then go do something ACTUALLY based like BMX, Rollerblading, or Skateboarding, instead of running like a homosexual or a woman. The only person who ever made running look cool was Rocky.

Boring? Imagine not being able to go into a trance like state deep within the recesses of your mind where you manifest inner strength, will, and resolve, and visualize your continued future successes
Or just glance around the room being bored I guess

I do 35min and am usually soaked head to toe in sweat and hanging onto the bars for dear life for the last 5-10 minutes, cheating hard by leaning half my body weight on them.
But I''ve been successful in holding onto them a little bit less each session. One day I'll run a full no-hander, then I'll have made it.

whenever i use this i'm drenched in sweat by the end. why do i sweat so much more doing this for 30 min than running for an hour on the treadmill?

I love these so much, I used to use the elliptical but I've completely replaced it with this. The only downside is that I can't watch videos while I exercise, because I need to watch where I put my feet.

I fricked my back recently. Will this irritate my spine or am I good to go hard on it?

it’s tempting to bend over forward while you’re on it, so pay extra attention to your posture

any amount of jingle jangle is gonna cause irritation to the spine dude, it's a literal fricking one leg press so your body will have to compensate.

However if you are in the rehab stage of back injury, it can be a good workout if you posture max. if you start leaning forward you're just attributing to your problems already.

I prefer the Stairmaster 4000PT (PT stands for Power Terminator). I can use it for dips too.

which cardio machine is best for heart health/cardio without requiring too much from your muscles?
I do cardio after weight training, and I feel limited more by my calves/quads than my heart/breath

been doing primarily treadmill as of late, for fear that a QT cardio bunny might like me one day and ask if I want to jog with her

What's the best way to progressive overload this if this shit kills me at like a mid difficulty after like 10 minutes? Damn man I'm fricking dying, I'd like to do 20 minutes at 7 but I feel totally gassed.

Also my calves hurt but I have that issue on incline tread too so I assume it's a weakness problem

Go for a minute or 2 longer each time. Once you've progressed to the amount of time time you want (I do 30min) then start increasing the pace slowly, like increase by 1 every few weeks.

go slow enough to go 30-40 mins straight, if you have to lower the speed do it. The last 10 minutes should be pretty difficult, not excruciating but plenty of your brain going "okay we can stop now lol". Do that a few sessions, then start doing intervals of 5 min at 1 speed higher, followed by the 5-10 mins of baseline speed. Then intervals of 10, etc. Before you know it, you've leveled up. The higher your level the smaller the intervals will have to be and the longer it'll take. Rinse and repeat.

Hate this shit, it just feels boring (eliotical is the same). I don't have the same urge to push myself using it that I have with running, rowing or sleds.
And if I would like to do LISS cardio I will just go ruck or hike.

It is the peak of cardio. You are literally ascending to the glory of making it. Standing above all the others in the gym as you toil with your own body and spirit. This is the only way.
