Doing cardio at ungodly hours because I overate was how I got under 10% bf for the first time in my life. I don't recommend it, but hey, it's an option.
bicycle is fun anyways so it's never a big deal for me
I'm with you, brother. The amount of hours I put on my fricking bike every week is incredible. I go everywhere with it, and the thing's sixteen years old at least. In any case, if you want to keep yourself lean, try martial arts. Training three to five days a week is great, not to mention all the gains you get
>1000 calories
>1hr biking to cancel it out
lmao try 3
2h if your mostly untrained, 1h30-1h45 if your decently fit 1h10 or less for pro roided cyclist
you're going extremely easy if you only burn 333 cals an hour
This. I burn 100kcal every 8 mins and I consider myself to be going pretty slowly
An elite long distance cyclist burns less than 400 kcal per hour at a high pace, and you burn even less on static bikes.
don't confuse power output with calories burned, the body has an efficency of .25 when converting calories to movement, they do burn 1000 cals an hour
Black person how am i
wrong, i gave similar figures to yours
Ok Black person I agree your estimates weren't bad
depends on height and musculature.
LOL so true. Stuff your face too much? Just workout and it's now a bulk. Simple as.
running for 1 hour only burns 200 calories for me
that's walking at 5kmh at 90kg, you should burn double or slightly more running
you don't accidentally eat 1000kcals. you accidentally overeat by like 200kcals tops
This is the question OP, how did you "accidentally" eat an extra 1000kcal? Sounds the like kind of excuse a fatty would come up with.
All you Black folk are wrong. Heart rate calorie counters for biking tend to over estimate. Use a power meter if you want accurate calorie burn counts. For me 500 cal/hr moderate intensity. 750 cal/hr if riding really hard. FTP is around 220
An hour on the bike shows ~22.5 miles and 800-840 calories
