    After a few years of dislocated shoulder, i finally managed to do 30 reps of 2 plates. That's the weight I dislocated my shoulder at originally. No pain, no gain and I feel amazing!

    The beginning of the month I achieved my first major goal, of being under 300lbs for the first time since I was 15 or 16. Was 370 at my heaviest. Currently at 290 and still losing steadily.

    Finally started going consistently, got my squat up to 2 pl8 and going a little further.

    My end goal is being able to dunk a basketball and for that I wanna do a strength phase where I can squat 300 and then work on plyometrics and explosiveness.

      Graduatet and got a fancy job that makes it so I can finally afford a mortage for my own apartment, just moved into it. Also am the youngest person in my direct family and now also have the highest salary. Christmas is gonna be interesting this year.

    Not much, just entered my 4th month of lifting consistently and eating well.
    Gained 8kg/17lbs - got stronger, more muscular and a bit fatter. Coming from a skelly it feels good.

    hit 1pl8 bench for a couple reps. started seriously lifting about 3-4 weeks ago so i hope im making good progress. I think i dont realize how strong i am as i was too afraid to even try that much weight for a while. gonna keep improving!

    After being an obese teen (240 pound 6 foot) I am finally getting my body to a spot that I feel good about seeing in the mirror (183 pounds).

    I also believe that I am no longer being perceived as fat by others, but it's hard to know for sure.

    Just hit 6 months at the boxing/kickboxing gym. Going 6 days a week consistently. Just had a trial BJJ class which was great.

    Started a dedicated calisthenics + kettle bell workout at home to augment my boxing. Feels good so far.
