>acne 100% controlled, I'm 30. >took accutane when I was 20. >still get one or two every week

>acne 100% controlled, I'm 30
>took accutane when I was 20
>still get one or two every week
>for the last 6 months managed to get like less than 1-2 a month
>decide to start taking a new multivitamin
>one day after I get acne

why is my body so shitty. people can eat cheetos all day, drink alcohol, fried shit, and they have perfect skin. I take ONE pill of some gay ass multivitamin and I get acne. Eat the wrong thing and I trigger IBS. Why is it so unfair? Why are genes so fricking stupid?

    Because you
    >don’t eat right
    >don’t sleep right
    >don’t wash right
    >have a hormone imbalance which you haven’t bothered to test for
    >are a homosexual
some people are built for whatever. Obviously you’re not so stop doing just whatever. Simple as

It's genetics, quit sperging out. If something you eat causes a breakout either bear the breakout or cut out the food. It's like if you're lactose intolerant: you gotta make a choice all the same.

Diet, sleep, and hygiene amounts for probably less than 10% in terms of acne. Same shit with balding, either that shit hits you or it doesn't. You think the dude who's 80 with a full head of hair ever thought about water quality or special ointments? Acne is no different. Just a genetic dice roll.

I have the IBS stuff too. And a range of other things. Chronically deficient in magnesium but can't supplement without bad stomach pain.

I've tried probiotics, digestive enzymes, all sorts. Thinking the problem is either incurable or perhaps triggered when I eat a lot of PUFAs

Also have bad armpit odor which soap doesn't do much of a job getting rid of. Even antibacterial soap, nizoral, whatever. Some kind of imbalance causing this? Blood test showed not much out of the ordinary

If it helps anon I have similar issues and I’m pretty sure it’s a gallbladder problem, and my skin is way better avoiding things that aggravate it.

the other way around for me,

    >Acne in college
    >Took accutane, gone
    >Acne-free life
    >Started bulking with whey, carbs, etc
    >Acne came back
    >Focused on diet and nutrients (multivitamins + omega 3) and skincare routine
    >Acne is fading away

I think acne is a common symptom for your body to tell you that something is wrong, thus the cause can be pretty diverse

You should test new things relating to your diet (avoiding foods or implementing new things) and see how your body reacts in a matter of weeks

get your blood tested to see if you don't lack any vitamins and shit

and be patient, I find it hard to believe that having more vitamins would get you acne (instead of diarrhea, nausea and other symptoms)

Check your multivitamin, biotin may be the culprit

I understand, anon. I deal with eczema and other skin irritation issues, which every few years gets a seriously severe outbreak, last few times on my hands. Every dermatologist I've tried has been clueless to the point where I've just started to feel like I can call all their suggestions and what won't work. All that calms it down when its bad is steroid creams, and the most recent ordeal was sone injection medication I was really leary of and costs my insurance a fortune; which gave me shingles (and the doc still humored the idea of continuing with it AFTER that). Ah well, thanks for listening, my point is I feel you on the "my stupid shitty body" feels.
