          Upper-lower. For example, on upper body days I do the following:
          >bench 4x5
          >pull-ups: 3x10
          >rows: 3-4x 10 with 160
          >tricep push down 3x12
          >side lateral raises 4x 12
          >farmer-carry with 75 in each hand
