After what age does lifting become a bit cringe? I would say after 35. It becomes a bit of a "yikes" moment when I see a big buff guy who looks over that age. You generally never see a wedding ring and know the guy doesn't have a family. It is respectable to stay in shape past that age however, cardio and weights to maintain a good phsique. Gymceling past a certain point is just "yikes" though.

You have no convictions and you will leave nothing remarkable behind
There's a few guys I see in the gym who're probably like 50, I see them a lot, and I can't help but suspect they don't have a lot going on in their lives RE career & family. Then again I could be totally mistaken.
Its more like seeing the gym as your living room. Kick the shoes off, turn up the TV volume, chat for a few minutes, casually go get some water, maybe stretch alongside the wall. Scratch my balls. Shit like that. No way I'm going back to any other way evwn if I t s a waste of a half hour or some shit.
Or probably they are just not poor wageslaves like you are. And they just have free time to do whatever they want.
>getting married
>not yikes
Marriage is the ultimate gay psyop created by women to get at a man's wallet.
That's why you marry a woman who makes as much as you do
Lolno, this creates competition in the home; there was a study done where a woman making more than a man in a relationship actually increases the likelihood of the man cheating.
I think it's probably ideal if she makes about as much as you do. As long as you're not a pushover and you're still a man it's okay.
my gf outearning me destroyed our relationship. I don't think it's possible for a man to earn less than the woman and still retain his manhood
more likely that you're just riddled with insecurities and project them onto women rather than dealing with them yourself
It is a widely studied phenomenon. Women want to feel like they need a man for providing, protecting, guiding her. When an aspect where she wants him to be superior so her anxieties can stop because she trusts him to handle things that worry her gets subverted, like her earning more than him, it sends her reeling, worrying about whether she'll be able to maintain the income for their future. Because of the anti-halo effect, it affects her view of his ability to guide her, protect her, etc. And so she begins looking to swing to another branch of the hypergamy tree. As for the idea that men in this situation are more likely to cheat, I imagine that some of that is men who understand this aspect of female nature and are trying to set up a soft landing / excuse for her to dump him so they don't draw out an unhappy relationship. Not even most of the cases have to be that way, but I bet some of them are.
This is false. A man's job is to serve. Ideal situation is a handsome young assistant to do a womans bidding.
So you agree that a marriage is a burden for insecure betas?
Shalom you goofy CIA-backed demoralizer!
What's so demoralizing about not wasting your time on sponsoring some thot?
Tip: you don't have to sacrifice your freedom to raise a child.
You are just an insecure incel. My gf earned 5 times more than me for 4 years. And we are still together.
Based.
What do your feet look like anon?
I'm 195cm tall so my feet are pretty big. 12 size. Why?
Men aren’t interested in your money or your personality.
I'm a man though. I just said if you want to avoid gold diggers you should marry a woman who already has money.
Sure thing “Elliot”. Loved you in burger phone movie. I got a real big preggo and lactation fetish.
I'm a real man
Sure baby girl. I miss your breasts but thankfully Sony modeled them and your pussy before you chopped em off.
Marriage makes sense only if your wife makes much more than you do.
This is how you end up divorced in less than a year. Your wife should NEVER make as the same or more than you. If she doesn't depend on you she will leave whenever she wants. In fact, your wife shouldn't even work at all
ideally my wife would have nothing past a high school education and doesn't want a career. that shit is low-t.
It's true. Why would you want the government to be even more involved in your life than it already is on top of it? Risk loosing everything because of some random feelings?
>After what age does lifting become a bit cringe?
Never.
My dad still lifts. He is natty and 56 and still benches 3 plates.
There's nothing cringe about it and I even lift with him. I'm 27 and it's nice to spend some quality time with my dad.
Don't forget your dealing with literal incel school shooters here, they won't understand what you're talking about.
Type of mfer to unironically say “toxic masculinity” you’ve reached your daily buzzword quota
>He is natty and 56 and still benches 3 plates
Based. What's his routine, and does he have any tips for longevity?
>56
>benches 3pl8s
Mirin your pops
WAGMI
what the frick kind of thought is this?
35 here. Both my wife and I go to the gym. I love that when I see people like you I know I could literally fold you up like a fricking napkin and you wouldn't do anything but call me daddy and complain that your pussy hurts.
>gymcelling
nothing makes me wish for a solar flare more than browsing IST on a rest day
Go on any social media platform if you want to really wish for our extinction. Shit makes here look good.
Never. Also, you are cringe and gay.
Eat shit. I'm going to be 35 in February and I'm going to go to the gym and lift like I do every other day, and there's nothing you can do to stop me. I have a 5 year old son and when he's old enough to do it too I'll bring him along to lift as well so he's not some weakling. I'll stop lifting when I'm fricking dead.
>weights to maintain a good phsique
Oh, so lifting then?
There's a 70+ year old guy at my job who goes to the gym during his lunch break that's in great shape. The only cringe here is you.
Found OP guys
Lifting after college is cringe. It is fine the first 2 years when you are a freshman and want to get big.
Post body
God you’re a phaggot
Go do your 30 min 5k at 40+ Years old with breasts flopping around while i frick your wife, queerbait
>Cringe
>Yikes
Looks like someone took the cuckpill.
Gymceling at any age is cringe. Just maintain a lean healthy body and hit some intermediate strength metrics and you’re good to go.
Speaking as someone who hasn't lifted in 2 years. I'm 33 now. This is cope. I stopped lifting because between a job and getting a Doctorate I don't have the energy. But i intend to start lifting again when I'm able too. Lifting to maintain a good physique is not cringe at all.
This. The only cringe thing is if you advertise the fact that you lift and forget to be successful in any other area of your life. This is by definition gymcelling.
The first two are great. I don't get the whole need to have a family. I would rather reach the top of my career then have time dedicated to a child.
>I don’t get why people have loving families to grow old with and die surrounded by people who love you more than any friend or boss ever will
Ask me how I know your base hormonal instincts are all fricked up. Ngmi
frick off materialist
>I would rather reach the top of my career then have time dedicated to a child.
the minute you frick up, that career is gonna dump you onto the sidewalk and you'll have to start over again. but yeah sure, what a riveting life.
>itt, OP admits his going to stop lifting at 36 and wants to be mogged by 37yr olds that haven't thrown in the towel
t. 39yr old makin gains
Never.
You could be a genetic abomination with a mutation like Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and if you don't exercise regularly, pace yourself or maintain your body then you'll fall to shit suffering dislocations, slipping joints and injuring yourself regularly enjoying life with a body of a spritely 80 year old with rheumatoid arthritis.
Now either you an hero by the time you're 35 (likely if you're a male) or you accept that your life is going to consist of you needing to do things like lifting into your 50's and 60's if you want to avoid your genetic abomination path of using a wheelchair, walking frame or walking aid before your 40 unable to carry some shopping in a basket without your elbow, shoulder or wrist slipping out of place.
Now stop being upset you're getting mogged by some old man in the gym.
Being a fat moronic piece of shit who cannot walk and talk at the same time? Is there any age where this is considered a bad thing?
>Is there any age where this is considered a bad thing?
3 year old+ tbh.
>you never see a wedding ring
because i'm at a fricking gym you god damn moron. I don't wear my ring 99% of the day because i'm fricking working with my fricking hands.
god damn zoomers man
Kek
t. dyel zoomie
It doesn't
I don't know or care what the groupthink zoomies think, by the time they've been working for a year or two they'll be over their youth centric nature
> after 35
kek, you are literally like those women that become obese the moment they get in a relationship or marry.
At least you are starting with the excuses early to signal what a homosexual you are.
>After what age does lifting become a bit cringe?
Spoken like a true dyel
>show us on the doll where the boomer touched your gf
After 30 it just looks pathetic and says a whole lot about you as a person.
You sound like a roastie, OP
And you sound like an incel
I'm an incel chud cud beta smongle bop virgin loser cuck
>cardio and weights to maintain a good phsique
>After what age does lifting
How the frick do you deal with being a moron? Durrr weights necessary to maintain after that age, but lifting is cringe.
???
>oh no i'm le 35
>time to grow old and fat and lazy
>because anon is a basedBlack person
At what age will OP stop being a homosexual sucking wiener? Im thinking never.
I'm 35. The good thing about 30s for most people (some learn earlier, a lot dont) is that they finally stop giving a shit about what other people think. I couldn't possibly care less if some zoomer homosexual thinks its cringe that I work out and stay in shape. I'm not doing it to impress you or anyone else.
Why is it "yikes" to be in shape at 35?
>gymcel
What if you're banging young girls all the time?
>gymcels are "yikes" at anyage
>lifting is ok at any age
>thinking that marriage tells something about a person is just pure moronation
It's cringe when you see 40yo gym heads/body builders. But I also think all non competing powerlifters and body builders are cringe
post body
Regardless of marital status, lifting with a ring in your hands is straight-up moronic.
This whole thread is a psyop to demoralize men lmao
Marriage is great, gym is great, raising a family is great
>Marriage is great
If you're a woman.
You don't wear a wedding ring so the bar doesn't FRICK it up you mush brained zoomer c**t
has nothing to do with age, it's age + status
if you're married than never
else
40+ and unmarried yikes (35 still acceptable but looked down upon)
What do you mean "acceptable", what the frick are you even talking about. You find it not acceptable - then what?
One guy is "acceptable", another guy is "not acceptable" - wtf are you talking about bro?
Socrates mogged 90% of IST when he died in his 70s.
I would rather follow Socrates' lead than listen to some bozo with a pot belly talking about how lifting is 'cringe'.
Didn't Socrates ackowledge that there should be a balance between mental and physical strength? Brains and braun essentially.
I've noticed that weak bodied intellectual types are almost always pretentious and despicable as frick, where fit and smart people are extremely humble and cool to be around.
Monstrum in fronte monstrum in animo. (Vero Socrates non dixit, credo.)
Ugly peoples have ugly souls/intellects basically.
never, i hope i lift until im in my 80s. ofc not as hard but i 100% hope i do this my entire life.
My grandpa lifted until he was 92 and he would kick your soi homosexual ass
>Gymceling
You just can't help outing yourself you incel.is rat
hmm today i think i will post in a discord josh bait thread
Shut up.
Is this a copypasta from some fat frick on Reddit? If not OP is cringe homosexual
Lifting is more important >35.
You will always be mogged, dont worry.
>duuhhrr hey guys does lifting weights get cringe when youre older haha?
OP is evidence that IST is purely more about vanity and looks instead of overall health.
You need to keep lifting into old age to maintain sufficient muscle mass.
Slide thread sage HH
>le reddit MARRIAGE!
Stay beta
>You generally never see a wedding ring
I never wear mine. I can't get used to how it feels.
