It got rid of the lines on my forehead and the one between my eyebrows. WTF you talking about?

      Anonymous

Yeah it works in the short run but it actually accelerates aging in the long run because you’re cycling skin faster
Think of it like sanding a wooden board. Yeah it looks smoother in the short term but the board is getting thinner and thinner each time you sand it.

            >ERM...le sun...le UV!
But I thought they can endlessly regenerate, so why can't they regenerate from this supposed UV damage
Keep thinking that lathering acid on your skin will make you avoid the wall kek

Exfoliating and encouraging natural cell turnover isn't damaging the DNA in your skin like UVA. Unless you're bathing in AHA, BHA, and pro-vitamin A products daily which will eventually frick up your skin barrier kek
No one is forcing you to use these products you can look like a ballsack if you want, it's a free country.

Kek. You don't know what you're talking about. DNA stores inherited information. Every cell contains a copy of your DNA. DNA getting worn out because of the friggin' evil sun isn't the cause of aging. Cell senescence is the primary descriptor for the aging process which is programmed into your DNA but isn't because of le DNA damage dumbass

Even if that's true, exercises helps to stretch the heart walls, increasing the working volume and consequently decreasing the heart rate. On top of that, all your muscles pump blood, and having a decent natural muscle mass helps your heart a lot.

Here's a protip for those cool enough to handle it. It's pretty counter-intuitive and if you've suffered with poor skin (especially facially) will sound totally moronic and almost blasphemous.
    You ready? Here it is:
Wash your face (and body) with nothing but water. No soaps, no face wash, no moisturisers, no exfoliants... Nothing whatsoever. Just get your face wet with lukewarm water, scrub firmly with your fingers for some mechanical exfoliation and then pat dry with a towel.
Skin might frick about for a couple of weeks as it readjusts but very quickly you will notice that your facial skin looks much, much better.
Cosmetics are a racket. Take it from someone who has spent years and many thousands of pounds trying to battle misbehaving, oily as frick skin. All I had to do was stop.
Call me smelly, hippy, idiot, whatever... But if you're tired of endless product usage and getting no results I urge you to just give it a try for a month it literally won't cost you anything.
