When did IST get the idea that cardio destroys muscle? Barmy.

That was always just idiots misinterpreting it and people having a laugh.
It was always meant as a warning not to do your cardio work before lifting so you could get more out of your lifts.

Don't loik something? Make up facts about why it's bad for real muscular alpha men.
      >Don't like vegetables, therefore carnivore is more healthy
      >Don't like fish, therefore the microplastics will kill you
      >Don't like cardio, therefore it's bad for your muscles and will blow up your knees/heart
      >Don't like asian food, therefore tofu will literally turn you into a femboy

Cardio is incredibly dangerous for a population that has been eating and storing pufa for their entire life. Adrenaline increases the free fatty acid presence in the blood and can cause vascular damage and chronically it is essential for cancer. The main beneficial drugs for both cancer and heart disease aim to inhibit lypolisis, beta blockers have the ability to completly stop it, high dose aspirin works too, meldonium and several more.

They are, most people just need more Omega 3's (dominant in fish) and less Omega 6 (dominant in sneed oils)

No, both are bad, omega-3's being good is a ploy by the same industry that has noticed people starting to recognize the absolute criminality they have been engaing in, omega-3's somehow being good is the last wall before mass hangings of these bastards occur.

seafood is not high in omega-3's, it has a bunch of the good heart healthy minerals like selenium, copper and zinc

I thought those were supposed to be the healthy FAs? The ones that suppress inflammation? I don’t know who’s medjewing whom anymore

basically it's something you need very little of and all of the replacements ("seed oils") for the fats we've been consuming traditionally (animal fats, butter, olive oil) are super high in them

They do that mainly by being immmune suppressants, they are not essential, a baby is born with a mostly saturated brain because the placenta filters them out, over the years when the baby is being fed formula and other toxic products the brain starts to become unsaturated and by the age of 9 or so people are as smart as they wil ever be because of this.

I get that with lifting weights and walking. Running is for legit braindead morons. Hyper destroy your joints all you want. I won't.

But what if my heart pumps at least 20 minutes a day from lifting?
