By far the easiest way to cardio but the tradeoff is time loss. You'll need an hour to spare everyday in addition to your regular workout.

      >You'll need an hour to spare everyday
You can always increase the speed you know

Not just that, but you can walk outside in nature with a great view for free! It's called hiking.

Sometimes one can be incredibly unlucky but one must still try.

I live in Arizona. It's like 110°. Also, it's not like a walk next to the canal is so much more more scenic.

Just pick a gym that’s like 30 mins of walking distance, that’s free purposeful cardio. You can prob make it in 15 if you power walk.

I powerwalk 2 miles back and forth from my gym 5 days a week, everybody miring my strong and purposeful stride.

I’ve knocked a few manlets on their ass when they wouldn’t make way for the strider chad. Imagine thinking you can bump into a 6’4 250lbs gymcel and not get sent flying.

Why not just go outside? I go to the gym 5days/wk and then walk 10km every night 7days/wk although my diet is not on point in still losing fat and keeping my gains as far as I can tell. My feet are begging to hurt though after about 8 months of this with only a few days of during my vacation this summer.

I do use an app called impact which makes me able to donate to charity with my steps. I have no fucking clue how that works though.
