alright
I have 40 days to lose AS MUCH FAT AS I CAN for my sister wedding
give me your best strategy, no DNP or "just starve for 40 days". Give me something realistic.
Nothing Ever Happens Shirt $21.68 |
DMT Has Friends For Me Shirt $21.68 |

Protein Sparing Modified Fasting maybe
Or try your hand in just regular fasting, 5/2 or 4/3
Eat less and sweat more
South bronx paradise yeaaaaa hahaha
Check out /fast/. Try rolling 48s.
Only useful if you don't like having a liver.
ngl you'd be fine as is. the "dad bod" that women love because you're obviously fit under all that
yeah but I don't look good with the formal shirt inside my pants look due to my big belly
200g of cooked chicken breast, 1-200g of cauliflower rice as a base meal
Add 150g of cooked sweet potatoes pre and post training
Meal before bed is 500g of gaye 0%, 300g of strawberries
Get at least 15k steps in a day
>200g of cooked chicken breast, 1-200g of cauliflower rice as a base meal
one at lunch and one at dinner?
Unironically just starve. The longer you starve for, the better the muscle retention per pound lost is. You’re doing it to looksmax right? No point in getting smaller just to be slightly more defined when almost no one (if you’re lucky) will see you without a shirt on.
Actually I couldn't give a damn about definition
I just want to lose the big belly to look a bit better when I pull my shirts inside my pants
Then keto 2 weeks before + dehydrate. Try not to eat the day of, should be easy enough on keto. Btw, this is a fricking XY problem. You should have stated from the start your goal was to look good in a shirt for a day, not actual fat loss.
>dehydrate
Why? Would this make my stomach smaller?
For the short term yea. If you’re trying to actually lose fat, it counter productive because you slow down hydrolysis of fat cells. But for a day it’ll make them smaller.
Keto diet with low salt and high water intake for a month or so. You'll lose a lot of water weight and some fat making you look leaner than you are in the process.
1000kcal deficit. Keep the same lifting program. 30 minutes of added moderate intensity cardio per day and getting your step count up. 8k-10k steps per day is a good goal. It's sustainable for 40 days and you'll lose a shit ton of fat while not losing much (or any) muscle
Literally the opposite. He'll prob lose as much if not more muscle than fat.
Unironically do strict Carnivore diet. I did 30 days carnivore diet and lost 14lbs and was less fat than you starting. It's mostly water weight and you will gain it all back once you start eating carbs again, but you will look cut for the wedding
Frick your sister three times a day every day before the wedding.
You'll literally look fine. Don't risk cutting too fast and just ending up skinnyfat.
