        Try a high fat bulk and try a high carb bulk. Weight gain might be the same but high carb bulking is superior.

          Probably, though it'll be fine regardless. Carbs aren't calorie dense like fat and I have a small appetite. Therefore, it's necessary to make consuming calories as easy as possible. And drinking 800 calories in two seconds is hard to beat.

    Maybe I'm just a glutton but I've never understood how people need to resort to this. It's a lot easier to just work some junk food into your diet on top of your healthy food and that usually does it pretty well for me.

    Hell, I don't even need to do that most of the time. I just eat more servings of the carb with my standard healthy meals or whatever. Love feeling stuffed after a workout.
