Alternative breakfast meat.

I don't want to keep eating bacon every morning since I know its processed as shit, but I don't really want to cut meat out.

Any major/cheap alternatives? Obviously it has to be relatively cheap.

Minced beef. Make it into a more runny like consistency, such as sloppy joe. Put that on some toast. Mmmmmm

    raw calf's blood
    >but that's just schizo
I suggest you look up Actovegin, what it's made from, and who's using it and why. It's just easier to drink raw calf's blood

Sounds pretty fucking based actually. A little worried about cost but just don't want to spend money generally.

Chicken hearts. If you do CPR on them in a marinade the day before you make them they're lovely.

It is very fatty. Pork fat is high in PUFA because of the goyfeed fed to factory pigs.

Try beef bacon as a healthier alternative.

Hes right though. Pigs have single stomach systems so the fatty acids they consume are incorporated into their fat more readily than beef. Feed pigs pufa onions and then it ends up in their fat and you eat it.

What type of breads? I figured whole wheat for sandwiches and toast, but I fucking would kill for rye on ham sandwiches.

      mince
chorizo is processed as shit lmao.
no process meats breakfast: eggs, greek yogurt, whole grain bread, european butter, almonds, avocado, cheese... pretty much all normal brekkie meats are processed. you could add some chicken to an omelette but that would be weird to me. Best to just get from something else. seen some people eat organ meats, but thats gross.
