    Eat carbs to satiety and increase your protein and fat intake. If you're drinking skim milk then drink whole. Eat fatty cheese. Eat fatty ground beef instead of lean. It's really that simple.

        You've become pre-diabetic from eating shit.
        Cut the PUFA, cut the starches (aside from white rice and potatoes).
        If you want to bulk up and feel healthy and see your performance get better in the gym, your diet should consist of red meat, dairy, fruit, sugar, white rice, potatoes, coffee and carrots.
        Take the Peat-pill brother.

      Phytic acid - plant toxin that prevents the absorption of important minerals like zinc, calcium
      Aflatoxins - estrogenic mold that forms on peanuts (and all seeds/legumes) that makes your endocrine system go haywire

      Full of Omega 6 oils - omega 3s are good for you, but too much omega 6 oils causes inflammation in your body and brain, causing depressive episodes, mental illness etc
