Not really advice but i can tell you how i cope with it.

You probably know when youre overexeggarating but still cant stop doing so and when that happens to me i usually talk to myself or to one of my friends to confirm that i am not being rational. When talking to friends you also dont necessarily have to be very open about what youre worrying about. For example i once started a conversation with one of my friends about how much the lung can regenerate because in that moment i needed reaffirmation that smoking a handful of cigarettes wont give me lung cancer
However you also have to recognize when your health concerns are actually valid, which can definitely be hard sometimes

Depends entirely on your diet. If your diet is low in deuterium (low in plant foods, which includes all forms of sugars except for lactose) then your risk of cancer is extremely low.
Healthy mitochondria health is what matters.
Also when smoking cigars you don't inhale the smoke in your lungs, you just basically give a blowjob to the smoke, so the risk is even lower as far as lung cancer goes. No idea for mouth cancer tho, but you should be doing fine for at least a decade, even with a cigar a day.

I'd also switch to a fully carnivore diet, only meat, salt, water, eggs, and maybe dairy too. The trick is to switch slowly over 6 weeks by halving all non-carni foods each week. Ideally you want to eat all your food within a 4 hour windows, so the gluconeogenesis kicks in. You won't need more than your equivalent of height in cm in grams of protein (1g/cm) unless you roid. Half and half in protein and fat by weight is the baseline, adjust as you see fit.

How often? Once a month probably not. You will cough up all the tar before the month is up. Once a week or more most definitely. Also you should probably just never try it as they are very addictive.

Particularly with cigars you aren't supposed to inhale the smoke, just roll it around in your mouth for a second and blow it out.
If you go to your dentist regularly(two cleanings a year) they would hopefully catch mouth cancer before it got bad.
