      A lot more, I used to eat a piece of buttered toast and a can of tuna for lunch/breakfast and a small dinner in the evening. Now I'm eating like 4 eggs and a bowl of porridge, for breakfast, yoghurt, big chicken sandwiches and pasta meals

    You look like you put on some fat as well as muscle and you look better IMO. I think you will make it just train hard keep your protein high and avoid dirty bulking

    What to do bros? I've had a slight improvement since my chest was literally flat 2-3 months ago until I started spamming pec deck and cable flies into my routine along with the usual BB and DB benching, both flat and incline.
