      also if you're trying to do a conventional deadlift i'd say your butt is too high. lower it a bit. look at pictures or videos. what you're doing right now is more of a stiff leg deadlift or a romanian deadlift.

      Looks a little bit like you have a hyperflexibility in your legs. If that is the case, dont bend them over 0degree. Stop at 0degree or its your bones that hold the weight instead of your muscle. Thank me in 50 years when you can still walk
