Grab a deck of cards. Give each suit an exercise. Foe instance:
Diamond = push up
Hearts = sit up
Club = jumping jacks
Spade = bodyweight squats
Shuffle up the cards and start drawing. Whatever card you draw is how many of the exercise you need to do. Face cards can be 15 and aces can be 20. Make whatever rules you want.

If you cant make your own food and track your calories (which you absolutely should unless you are somehow too poor) eat smaller portions. Eat 1/3rd less than whatever youre currently eating.
Go for nice, long walks. Walk at least one hour every day

Well since you're vegetarian, eat a shit ton of eggs, drink milk, calisthenics at a defecit. Much more easily managed than if you were a vegan drone.
I don’t eat eggs. Vegetarian has a different definition here. I will drink milk though. And try to stay at a calorie deficit.

you need to go on a calorie deficit, get down to like 25% BF and then start lifting whilst cutting a bit less.
