AM I KIND OF BIG??

I can't tell if i'm actually decent size or if i've deluded myself into thinking so to cope with life. I've been lifting for 2 years and have plateaued in strength on upper body compounds (bench and OHP) for like 6 months. I think I'm still growing tho.

        no you're not by any stretch "big" but you do look good, easily mog most guys if you're goal is getting girls you're fine. where have you plateued, what are your lifts?

          205 lb bench
          120 lb OHP
          I haven't maxed out on squat in forever but my 5 rep strength is going up (215x5 most recently)
          DL is 315

        On a positive note you have great shoulders. Chest is pathetic and abs are non existent. I'm willing to bet money your legs aren't much better. So you should have an idea what to focus on

    Arms and shoulders are legit good and you've got a good natural frame and leanness, work on your chest. Remember you have to actually go talk to girls.

    Your arms are out pacing the rest of your body, you need to add volume to your chest and start doing ab exercises, ab pull downs and hanging leg raises are my two favorite. Otherwise no you're not looking big my dude sorry

      bro I've been doing more chest volume than any other body part. I had bigger shoulders than chest after doing 3 months of squat + bench + deadlift only lol. I get a huge stretch on incline DB press, control eccentric and everything, it just grows way slower than my other bodyparts.

      my abs are dogshit yeah I need to train them more, I won't lie I do abs like once a week

      most of my lifting info is taken from mike isratel so I'd like to think my form is pretty good

              3x10 hammie curls
              3x10 leg extensions
              5xI dont count I just do it till I can't anymore: leg press calf raises

              push:
              5x5 BB bench press
              3x5 Incline DB press
              3x10 skullcrushers
              3x25 cable lateral raise
              3x15 DB lateral raise

              pull:
              5x5 conventional DL
              3x10 DB rows
              3x10 hammer strength pulldowns
              2x10 preacher curls
              2x10 hammer curls
              5x10 reverse pec deck

              rest: 5 sets of crunches with form I copy from natural hypertrophy (the goat of youtube fitness)

          150-170g g of protein with 120g of that always coming from a really high quality source

          2650 calories a day (IK the extra 50 is kinda autistic but I make all my own food). I eat pretty clean.

          im gaining about a pound and a half a month. I've calculated my matienience to be like 2400-2500.

            Start eating 3500 and adjust from there, eating 2600 for me would be show prep cutting

    it's all relative. you look pretty good in that pic, but 5'11 155 is crazy. for perspective I'm 5'10 200 and all the boomers at work who don't even lift are bigger than me, all the college bros at my gym are bigger than me, but at least at family gatherings I feel huge lol
