I can't tell if i'm actually decent size or if i've deluded myself into thinking so to cope with life. I've been lifting for 2 years and have plateaued in strength on upper body compounds (bench and OHP) for like 6 months. I think I'm still growing tho.

Arms and shoulders are legit good and you've got a good natural frame and leanness, work on your chest. Remember you have to actually go talk to girls.

Your arms are out pacing the rest of your body, you need to add volume to your chest and start doing ab exercises, ab pull downs and hanging leg raises are my two favorite. Otherwise no you're not looking big my dude sorry
bro I've been doing more chest volume than any other body part. I had bigger shoulders than chest after doing 3 months of squat + bench + deadlift only lol. I get a huge stretch on incline DB press, control eccentric and everything, it just grows way slower than my other bodyparts.
my abs are dogshit yeah I need to train them more, I won't lie I do abs like once a week

What's your protein and caloric intake like
150-170g g of protein with 120g of that always coming from a really high quality source
2650 calories a day (IK the extra 50 is kinda autistic but I make all my own food). I eat pretty clean.

eating is not a challenge for me. I was the fat kid in highschool lol
Start eating 3500 and adjust from there, eating 2600 for me would be show prep cutting
it's all relative. you look pretty good in that pic, but 5'11 155 is crazy. for perspective I'm 5'10 200 and all the boomers at work who don't even lift are bigger than me, all the college bros at my gym are bigger than me, but at least at family gatherings I feel huge lol
