Am I ruining my physique by cutting?

Had a lot of water weight from creatine, so think I’ve lost more like 10 real pounds.
Am i going too hard and fast?

      He didn’t lose anything. The “cut” photo is farther away and you can tell the fat has just left a little. Mainly around his abs.

      I think I’ve got a really big rib cage that makes my chest look underdeveloped.
      It is underdeveloped. But I’ve got pectoral muscle and i can bench 130kg

      I think the first 5pounds was waterweight from deloading creatine, and refraining from my midnight snack of two sodium laced curries.

      I'd say at least 5% bodyfat but it's hard to tell. You have odd muscular development but I think it's intentional.

      cool that sounds about right. I think I was 18% in the first picture as taken by a (notoriously unreliable) electrical impedance machine.
      I think I’m 15% now.

      yeah the only upper body stuff is overhead pressing. I squat heavy 3-4 times a week right now.

      I primarily lift for strength. But then I mire the men who actually look good. So all I have left is my superior squat to cheer me up.
      I Olympic lift so I only do what my coach says.

          Oly lifting is fun as fuck good on you, it helped revitalize my gym experience after the same 3 major compounds got boring
