        i would lay off the ab roller until you’re a much lower bodyweight. keep lifting weights though, and if you aren’t, START NOW. you won’t regret preserving all the muscle you’ve built carrying around 350+ pounds for years, you’ll burn so many more calories due to that extra muscle when you’re lean and it’ll be easier to maintain weight.

        I’m proud of you, anon. Keep killing it. I would just focus on calesthics/cardio, diet, and some weights at this point instead of trying to do something like an ab roller. If the ab roller isn’t working right now, just get down a ways below 300 and try it again. Stuff like that becomes significantly easier when you’re not burdened by the extra weight.

    abs are pitifully easy to isolate and therefore grow - u crunch, u bring attachment points of abs closer together, they are on ribs and pelvis u bring ur ribs to ur pelvis as u lie down, u try to relax everything that tries to take over below belt line (fricking hip flexor)
    so u bend in spine and u stay bent in spine until u can't, repeat because max set isn't max - u aren't warm enough to max out before u try to max out

    and that's it, abs in 2 weeks 😀

      losing weight without exercising just causes you to be skinnyfat, it's only marginally better than being obese. No reason to not exercise while losing weight.
