                Same here. Magerquark 1,39 for 500g at Kaufland, Lidl and Penny, 20% Quark is 0,85 for 250g. It sucks.

    I make my own yogurt and kefir. I eat plenty of vegetables, fish, and chicken. I avoid sneed oils and sugary foods.

    lowfat or fat free greek yogurt. Brands like 2good also have delicious tasting strawberry GY with almost no sugar/carbs

        I've only had quark once and it was very fatty, I think around 20% fat. I usually like fatty dairy products but this was just unpleasant, it felt like the fat was separating from the curds which gave it a greasy texture. A shame because it was very tasty. Hoping I can find low fat quark somewhere.
        If the nutrient contents in the OP are true, that would be 328 kcal and not 150
