right wingers are the most prolific consumers of interracial bbc porn anyways so it doesn't have to be mutually exclusive

this is why starting strength is bit of a meme
it assume everyone is starting out at 170lbs and can bulk to 200 and achieve a 305lb squat in 3 months

you'll get fat as frick even doing that, but what exactly are you supposed to do if you start out as a full blown twink? if you gain 50lbs in 5 months starting at 150lbs, you're going to literally make yourself obese. there's a limited amount of muscle you can gain per month.

True and I don't really agree with that idea, but you will still make more strength gains than on a more reasonable diet, even if you don't actually put on more muscle.

What are you talking about? The book, the program, and Rip's comments online and in his video very clearly state that people that are already obese shouldn't be overeating. He even very clearly states that you never actually followed the program if you start overweight and haven't LOST weight when you're three months into it.
      >if you gain 50lbs in 5 months
You're not supposed to be on SS for 5 months. You're supposed to cut back on caloric intake when you start reaching 20% bf.

Pretty sure Mark took gear in his competitive days just to be a 5'8 220lb guy who deadlifted 6 plates, squat 5 plates & bench 350. He uses bodyweight as a proxy for manhood because he's a short mediocre powerlifter.

It's meme worthy but the context is that he gets 5'10"+ people saying shit like "I'm 150lbs and cutting" over and over and over and over and over and over and over again so just saying that is a good way to shut them up. Don't like his methods but I do like shutting up perma cutters.
