      Apples are healthy because they have fiber and natural sugar which does not make blood thick as well as being nutritious with vitamin C and potassium and low cal. Meat has fat and no fiber and is high calorie, therefore it makes your blood thicker and more prone to plaque buildup which can lead to a thrombosis.

A vegan diet is nutritionally adequate and healthy for all stages of life and is proven to reverse heart disease and cancer.
