    Sleep more.
    I am pretty sure part of my lifts+sucking at school was because I would only sleep for 4 hours. Somehow made it to 315 5x5 squat but it was not good.
    For me 6hours is minimum for an effective day. Any less I take a 2-5hour nap immediately when I get home.

    There was a period in my life I worked 17-18 hour days and I'll tell you from firsthand experience that your work quality and quantity goes down the toilet when you don't sleep enough. Choose sleep instead

    this is a pretty unhealthy practice, I used to do it when I was employed because I thought the job was taking up too much of my free time

    I needed 3 cups of coffee daily to function like a normal person, even then I was always shaky and jittery, it fricks with your mental as well
