      i’ve been lifting for 15 years.
      i got up to 240, i’d say about 20-25% body fat.
      everybody i talked to was like holy frick you’re fricking jacked, dude.
      i was huge.
      all i did was lift heavy weight and eat.
      plus i drank tons of beers on the weekends.

      here’s what an average week looked like:

      BACK:
      Pulls ups
      Bent over rows
      Deadlifts
      Pulldowns
      CHEST:
      Incline bench
      flat bench
      decline bench
      flys
      SHOULDERS:
      Overhead press
      Upright rows
      Lateral raises
      Shrugs
      ARMS:
      Bicep curls
      Hammer curls
      Dips
      Skull crushers
      Cable rope pulldowns
      LEGS:
      Squats
      Calf raises

      If you do 10-20 minutes cardio warm up before you lift, you should be good to fricking go. Trust me bros, I am not steering you wrong.

        I went from 175 to 215 in less than a year drinking my own mass gainer. Throughout the day it’s 60oz whole milk 300g ground oat meal and 3 scoops of protein. Plus eating whatever. Have had visible abs the whole time. Small abs though, need to start training them but cable crunches feel too awkward.

    6-10. However, for legs, you want to alternate between that and 20-40 reps. Legs need to be hit with high reps to maximize growth.
