First time after being a virgin neet til 22 i lost 100lbs and got some confidence, a job, pussy pretty fast. I was kinda handsome tho bald already but not coping. Felt good looked good but I was still an awkward manchild into my late 20s. As my whole gf eft me fat again. Lost it all and got a younger cuter gf who is now my wife. I don't feel extra respect or anything ad a non fat but less fear and horror from women's eyes if I cross paths. I was like intimidating fat. A black guy at my job asked if I was a bodyguard or bouncer

Is it noticable in how you physically feel? Fatigue/general aches and pains?

When I was youngfat I didn't feel like shit. The most noticeable thing was that I didn't get winded. Now that I've lost 92 pounds as an.old frick, yes I feel better. I was getting weird pain in my inner thigh that's gone away. Walking all day at work no longer cripples me at the end of the night

even when I was an obese teen I felt like shit all the time. Weight loss basically gave me a new body in terms of how I feel just moving around. Also social gains did come with it but only because I made an effort to be more social and got better over time.

My face looked more attractive and I got more mires from females. I looked better in photos. My strength went down but who cares I’m still stronger than the average American.

      >I got more mires from females
This for sure. I get a smile now rather than just feeling like a creep when around women.

Girls at my job who avoided eye contact go out of their way to talk to me now.

People treat you SIGNIFICANTLY better, they apply positive attributes to you before you've done or said anything to warrant them (halo effect), and they gloss over and disregard your mistakes, mis-steps, bad stuff you say etc. Life is so fricking easy mode when you're lean and above-average facial aesthetics.

You start getting treated like a human being and not an obstacle/literal garbage. People smile at you when they see you and don't try to avoid you like the plague.

Apu so short he never got to see what mom was doing up there and he's just guessing how the thing works 🙁

I had a girl reject me when I was fat and ask me out a year later when I got fit. I rejected her (after we already made out a bunch). Now I'm not fit anymore so the feeling of being a chad is kind of distant but I know for sure it completely changes how people treat you

Men don’t behave differently. Women are far nicer

Not at all. Still an incel manlet who gets ghosted by everyone. If anything I was better looking when I was obese because I wasn't balding back then. I actually started binge eating again yesterday and I don't give a shit

I lost a bunch of weight then put it back on and now I'm in the process of losing it again (but with muscles).
I get a lot more mires from women when I'm thin, obviously.
On the other hand men seem to really respect my bulk, like being strongfat makes me an alpha among them.
Could just be a cultural thing tho IDK

nice trips and no it's correct men will respect you. Best zone is lean enough for the ladies and big enough to get respect imo. Although if you're muscular and shredded in a vest you will get respect too.

    >25
    >320lbs morbidly obese KHHV college dropout living with my dad, no friends, can't make a phone call without dreading it
    >32
    >220lbs (lean and roided), $95k/yr in defense contracting, married to a 24yr old (former) virgin tradcath, 2mo old daughter, 4 months from finishing my MBA

The weightloss was only part of it but that got the positive changes rolling

late 20s, was fat and miserable. had long hair so some people thought I was a chick from behind because of my caboose.
cut back on useless calories, started biking, running.
    lose weight. Lots of weight.
Still in the same relationship all along, so I don't have much in the way of scoring a better class of women or anything. I certainly got more attention from women for a while - lots of old gay dudes too because of the city I was living in.
I'm in my 50s now, kept the weight off with maybe the occasional up and down bit. Pant size stabilized 20 years ago though. Have had to change shirt sizes a bit since I started doing some upper body stuff too.
I'm a lot younger looking than people my age, definitely a lot more energetic. Honestly, I'm in better shape than a lot of people half my age.
Not as strict diet wise now. Spent a lot of my fit years drinking beer, but I pretty well quit that.
It's definitely worth putting in the effort looking at the wrecks most people my age are. And really, I'm only doing things that I enjoy doing, working out, and running. Guys my age are getting diabetes and probably have limp noodles. I can bang all night every night, spouse permitting I suppose.
