I have lifted for aesthetics but not girls (already had gf) 5 days a week for just under 2 years consistently and I try as hard as I can to not skip any days, having said that if something does come up in the week that for whatever reason renders me unable to workout for at least a day I will absolutely skip leg day opposed to other days. That being said I do squat twice a week, once on my dedicated leg day and again on my full body workout day dedicated to compound lifts

I wish I could, I engage into degenerate fetishes with the girls I like and I need to be able to manhandle them as if they where actual newborns.

I have to skip leg day because me legs are genetic freaks. I have 56cm glute cincumference untrained @12%.
I actually wish my legs would get thinner since they make my upper body look weak in comparison.

      You're not 12%.

Yes but I have okay legs already bc the only sports I ever played were all lower body focused

Yes, because big juicy quads are now considered a primarily feminine trait in the public eye thanks to viral Instagram and TikTok trends like #thickthighssavelives. Big upper body and chicken legs is unironically the new masculine look.

you can't see his legs though, judging legs by calves is pretty cringe
a guy at my gym squats 6 plates and has chicken leg calves but his quads are fricking huge.

he's bulked for a Thor role
they don't need him to have big legs for the movie
        because of his outfit
this shit happens all the time - these are actors not body builders

I'm in a similar situation. I fricking hate growing calves so much its unreal

Honestly, this is a good reason to NOT just lift for aesthetics, I hate working legs but eventually you will be so out of proportion it will defeat the entire purpose of working out for aesthetics anyway. Not against working out for aesthetics but you have to be reasonable.

I don't have a separate leg-only day, if I did I'd start skipping for sure. Instead, I do legs at the beginning of my workouts, treating it as a fricking chore I have to be done with before I can get to more enjoyable things.

My total weekly leg volume is ~1/3 lower than that of body parts I actually care about. Plus, I only really do squats for the anabolic effect of a high load, full body lift. Leg hypertrophy is a secondary concern for me.

I do because my legs are currently the biggest muscles on my body, like my thighs and calves are fricking huge. So I've been prioritizing upper body instead while just maintaining my legs. Gotta make the upper body catch up

    Yes I do !
Theres nothing more boring than using my legs for weightlifting.
God gave us arms to lift and grab - im lifting at the gym
God gave us legs to walk and run - im riding my bike for hours on end and walking whenever possible.

Bike machine or treadmill ? Awful. But sometimes necessary as the weather might not always be sunny...!
    Have a nice day lads
