If you IF for a while hunger literally ceases to exist. I don't remember the last time I felt hungry, I only eat when I have to and I stay at caloric deficit most days.

Yes! Walking up full after a late night large meal is awful in every single way, plus the sleep quality is always worse and I sweat if I eat a large meal before bed. The only problem is that moment before falling asleep. Falling asleep while hungry sucks ass.
But yeah, generally feeling hungry is a great way to clear your mind and set your priorities straight. I go to the gym fasted AFTER work, that means my first meal of the day is usually after 5. After eating I'm usually extremely sleepy, I prefer getting my work/gym/run/whatever done early and fasted, then have the rest of the day for eating and relaxation

What's your diet like? I cut but if I want to eat around 150 protons and end up having a somewhat normal diet and not being hungry. My cuts are consequently very slow.
Take the carnivore pill. I can eat like a tard for 18% bf, or eat normally for 15% bf. Either way I’m not hungry
For some people it does for other not, I looked my "best" at 13%bf but was hungry and cold all the time, been 15-16%, actually stronger and better mentally is what i prefer.
I have taken the "always in a small surplus" pill.

Gonna try cans of tuna and water next month to lose weight. Three days on and then bring in healthy veggies and fruits. Repeat until goal weight. Might use pickle relish because tuna is dry as hell.

I've been doing only 2 meals a day on a -300~500 deficit, my TDEE is around 1700. I'm 5'6 60kg.
I think I'll just skip breakfast and do OMAD 2-3 hours before sleep.
5 eggs, 2-3 cups of milk, chicken breast, rice, broccoli.
Eating breakfast makes me hungry the whole day.
