Anti-ageing

How to I preserve what little youth I have left and slow the ageing process? I'm 26 and still pass for early 20s but i'm starting to notice signs of ageing. What can I do to looksmax?
>Skincare?
>Supplements?
>Diet?

Sleep well 6-8 hours religiously and take midday naps of about 15 minutes afrer lunch

Do some sort of fasting 16/8 daily , maybe one 24/36 hour fast weekly once you get a hang of things

    don't drink alcohol

    don't smoke cigarettes

    don't do drugs

make sure your diet is healthy and stay lean but not too lean , make sure you get enough fat so your skin can make and preserve all of it's youthul collagen ( smoking/druggies destroy their skin by having very low fat diets by nature of being both moronic about nutrition and drugs making your hunger signals wonky , you choose cheap carbs over fats because drugs trick your system it's a fuel you don't need , ever notice how people who lose weight too fast look worse after? like all the babyness of the face is replaced with deep wrinkles , bad hair even if they have better body and six-pack? well they fricked up the collagen by nature of eliminating too much fat ouf of the body too fast

learn how to discipline yourself to low stress mode no matter the situation , so try to bring yourself to short cold shower to end the bathing sessions , meditation , yoga or some simple breathing excercises like google wimf hof method on youtube

it's possible to look younger in the future but it really does take wisdom to achieve this lifestyle , it depends on your character good luck

good luck , life is a long journey , sometimes you may fail the routine and make some dumb choices , but will power is like muscle and muscle memory sort of works with getting back to discipline easier too if you ever had developed some of it

aside and beyond from the reasonable suggestions of the other anons,
    also consider low dose GH
its pricey, but very effective for anti-aging
    very popular among Hollywood actors
2-4iu EOD should have a noticeable fat loss and anti-aging effect
tho at your age maybe not that noticeable.

Yeah, and get skin cancer. I haven't worn sunscreen in 5 years and my skin is fine. But I also have superior genes which make my skin get dark in the sun.

very true - and yet somehow men do tend to peak a bit later in life than that
it's almost as if there might be more to being a successful man than being young, dumb and full of cum (though nobody will deny that's good while you've got it)
if 40 seems too old, let me suggest 32 instead

There are a few things you can do to improve your health and looksmax.
    > Dieting

    Dieting
    > Cutting and Bulking are both important cycles.
    > Bulk cycles allow you to put on a lot more muscle (by creating cell division).
    > Cut cycles allow you to lose a bit of fat and [hopefully] retain some muscle.
    > Figure out how many calories your body needs to sustain itself (by using a TDEE calculator).
    > Maybe set aside about 12 weeks for a bulking / cutting cycle and start from there.

    https://tdeecalculator.net/

    Bulking Cycles
    > Cells divide more quickly when you overfeed, which is great for hypertrophy.
    > Clean bulks are harder but much healthier than eating McDonalds every day.
    > The sticky says you can go + / - 500 kcal daily to bulk heavier or cut harder.

    How to Bulk?
    > The "Vertical Diet" is useful as a "clean bulk cycle" but is otherwise a meme diet.
    > Drinking a sweetened beverage before eating might help increase your appetite.
    > White Rice, Sweet Potatoes, and Broccoli are excellent choices for complex carbs.

    https://www.eatingwell.com/article/7633283/what-is-the-vertical-diet/

    Cutting Cycles
    > Ketogenic diet will allow you to lose weight, but will cannibalize your muscles for energy.
    > Intermittent fasting will have similar problems to ketogenic diet; you will lose your muscles.
    > Your performance in the gym will be incredibly poor without glucose / glycogen in muscles.
    > The whole point of a cut is to retain muscle while stripping away some of the fat.
    > The easy answer is to eat more leafy greens. Butternut Squash is also an option.

    Supplements
    > Multivitamin which hits A, B, C, D, K
    > Collagen Powder is also good for skincare.
    > Tribulus can help with controlling blood sugar and increase libido.
    > Longjack measurably raises Testosterone by up to 100 ng / dl over time.
    > Niacin (Vitamin B3) is important in skincare and in serotonin production.
    > L-Tryptohan is similar to Niacin B3 and also very important.

A lot of random shit in this thread. The fact of the matter is the secret to aging well is simply getting your energy primarily from saturated fat instead of carbs. Also avoiding any drugs / alcohol / caffeine. Following these will allow you to stay in homeostasis as often as possible. It will give you very nice skin that will age slowly and not wrinkle. Also you will feel great.

Low-carb is fine, but fats take hours to break down for energy, as opposed to carbs which directly break down into glucose (which becomes glycogen when insulin binds to glucose).

Glycogen is important for being able to do any strenuous exercise, such as weightlifting, running, etc. Fats are important as well, especially because they are utilized as glycogen burns out.

Trying to do weight training while fasting / keto diet is pretty much a recipe for disaster. These are things people tend to do in order to lose weight without actually having to lift a weight.
