anti aging?

hello board,
I am 19 years old yet my face looks like it's 90.

I have wrinkles between my eyes laugh lines and forehead wrinkles, even though I drink water, take vitamin C/D and have a BF% under 13%

what can I do?

    I wouldnt say 90...however Im 37 and my face looks about as worn out as yours.

      Retin-a, sunscreen, azelaic acid and maybe a cerave moisturizer.

      are you wearing sunscreen? sun damage is the main cause of wrinkles.

      I wear sunscreen, but I live in the Netherlands so there is not much sun anyway

      what can I do?

      You need to work out, stop taking synthetic vit C, it's garbage. Start eating oranges/clementines. Also need magnesium, zinc and vit E. Just start working out and eating a proper balanced diet.
