    how tall are you
anyway if total beginner start by stop fricking eating so much, maybe try carnivore for a week to give your guts some rest and introduce stuff and reintroduce other foods bit by bit.
for excercise start with bulletproofing every joint in your body and learn how to walk, chances are you actually don't know how to, the learn to run, in the meantime learn proper lifting technique with low weights

just lay down the fork bro.
i had these almost exact same measurements on oct 2020 (113kg 1.78m). 7 months later i had lost 29kg with likterally no exercise and a strict calory deficit diet.
i looked like a wimpy stick yeah but then i got to swimming and lifting mild weights and a couple months later i was an average-looking guy and not a slob/stick.

        Yeah that's pretty bad.
I think you can do the treadmill at this weight since it's easy on the joints.
But you have to understand that the biggest factor in weight loss is the diet, you should be less concerned with exercices and more with what you eat. Do a calorie deficit and lower it if you hit a plateau.

A bike can definitely carry your weight. Start with consistent cardio, a beginner lifting or bodyweight (pushups, squats, etc) routine, and eating less food. For the food you do eat try to add lean meats, vegetables, and fruits to the mix so you're more full on less calories. Make sure you're getting 7+ hours of sleep per night so you recover properly from the exercise, you're not as hungry throughout the day, and your willpower isn't working at half capacity.

What I am about to tell you is, in my opinion, the most underrated form of weight burning. You ready for this?

    .
    .
    .
    .
    WALKING

Unironically. Does 15 minutes of running sound like hell to you? How about 30 minutes of walking? It's almost exactly the same thing when it comes to calories burned. And you can get some good ass stamina if you throw a few hills in there. Best of all, you're not so focused on not dying that you can listen to a podcast during. It was one of my greatest tools when I lost 70 pounds. I'm dead serious anon. Make a daily walk in the sun (for those sweet sweet vitamin D and mild tan gains) part of your routine and you'll never regret it.

Touring bikes are usually built with durability and heavy loads in mind. Get one with a steel frame.

for us fatties it's easy to lost the first pounds with some radical changes:

    - Stop drinking soda
    - Stop eating shit
    - Drink more water and eat fruits
    - Walk
    - Bike

After a while you will drop some significative weight until stall, then you can start with something more focused.

start eating 1600 kcals a day then do literally anything at the gym. Do this for 6 months then figure out a proper program and do 2000 kcals a day with 180 grams of protein untill you look the way you want
    its literally this easy

Hey man. 5foot8, started at 260, down to 244 in the span of maybe three weeks.

Just start. Weightlifting is best. Use the 5x5 Stronglifts app. Go to a gym. Forget cardio. Do the math to figure out your macros and buy a food scale to start tracking them. The sticky, and

Bikes are tough, I was riding a road bike around at 300lb and I never had a single issue.

    > how do I start
Count your calories for a week, eat normally, and figure out what you can cut down.

They're fun though. Im bought a 29in mountain bike to ride, but will buy a roadbike once I get down to a respectable weight. Currently at around 150kgs.

I started in your situation anon First cut back on your food intake take smaller portions and don't go back for seconds. no snaking ect you will be hungrier than frick for a while when that happens drink water.

Second when your this big you want to do low impact workouts to prent you from fricking your joints so go for a walk and walk untill you get tired and winded. and do this every day you will soon fond yourself able to walk longer distances.

Once you loose about 50 pounds of ass move on to jogging and running you wont be covering distance for a while so do intervals run a distance until the heart starts pounding than slow to a walk and let it slow down than repeat this will not only burn a shit ton of energy but will build up your heart for longer distance shit. At this time you can start hitting the gym start with light weights and work up. Dropping all that ass will probably take a year or so

    >250lbs
    Almost unsalvageable...
But lucky for you, you can still be saved.
Try wiggling in place for a bit, and don't shower

It's 15% exercise and 85% what you put in your mouth. A 1/2 hour walk a day is enough to start. Push-ups and squats help loads, got to put on some muscle. I'm sympathetic, food is delicious. Beef and chicken bouillon helped me much, when you just have to have some flavor. Otherwise, cut out the carbs, carbs make you fat. Ever hear of someone bingeing on 3 steaks?Go with eggs, meat and low-carb veggies (cabbage, brocolli, cauliflower, brussels sprouts). CICO, must be at a calorie deficit, you can't out-exercise the fork.
