Just tuck your feet under a piece of furniture and crank out crunches x failure. Bonus if weighted. Alternatively if you have a pullup bar or a comfy rafter in your garage you can do hanging leg raises
Weighted situps or ab roller to failure.
Some fag will come here and tell you to do fancy gymnastics moves you can’t do and sure you could take the time to learn how but if your goal is to get abs it’s just tons of work for no extra gains. The whole point of being a human is to use tools to reach our goals.
Put your upper legs/glutes on top of a chair while keeping your feet pressed to the wall to balance you,then proceed to perform situps,making sure your upper body rises from as far back as it can go upwards for reps,this is for upper abs,for lower,keep your torso on the chair,put your arms over your head and grab onto something sealed firmly in the ground,then proceed raise your legs upwards for reps. Far more difficult than it sounds.

Clean bulk on a 200kkcal surplus for 3-5 years then cut to 12%.
even if your abs were well developed you won't see them over 15% BF.
Hanging (lateral) weighted leg raises in the 6-12 hypertrophy range.
That's all you really need.
I do this every workout (4-5 a week)
Started cutting down rest time to 30sec every 2 exercises and added 30 sit-ups. From time to time I use the abweel and do leg rises
Hollow holds, only ab exercise you'll ever need. Did it as a gymnast, doing it now its the GOAT

crunches are probably the least effect core exercise since it's too easy to cheat.

I do ab wheel extensions until form breaks down, 70 mountain climbers, 40 star crunches, 30 regular crunches, 30 swipers, 15 ab circles clockwise, 15 counterclockwise, then alternate each time until failure. However I don't look like your OP pic

You need to cut 10kg of fat then you'll look like the OP. I can see the outlines brah you're just holding too much belly fat.

literally just do ab roller, crunches, weighted crunches, or situps. no need to work obliques for most people unless you have really wide hips. also that will only build the muscle, if you want to see the abs you need to do fork put downs to failure.
