    i listen to everything. favorite bands are really whatever mood im in.

    i like listening to biohazard and edguy when lifting sometimes. sometimes some alice cooper or velvet revolver. gravity kills is also a good one for volume work, less intense music for less intense lifts lol

    mainly been listening to hardstyle/hardcore and phonk while going to work and working out, thats been my FOTM music.
