Any good ideas for cardio that aren't incredibly tedious or boring? I've tried running but I always want to die by the end.

Literally any sport you find interesting.
Hiking
Unless you live in some urban dump like Connecticut or something.
My town is surrounded by public land, mountains and a national park
Do you prefer solo or group cardio?
Have you played individual or team sports before?
Does flipping tires and swinging a sledge hammer work as good cardio? I find it to be fun and exhausting when done with intensity.
I like hiking. Maybe ultimate frisbee or frisbee golf? I hate purposeless cardio.
unironically sit on your ass and read, worked for me, could do 2 hours of cardio doing that
I like to spice up my running by doing through a Black person infested town. You won't want to stop running
I really enjoy swimming. Great cardiovascular exercise and the resistance will help tone and preserve muscle
I do F45. Not exactly cardio but I’m sweating a ton by the end of it.
Are you a woman?
Incline treadmill 12% incline 3mph. You can burn a lot of calories in a short amount of time with very little impact on your joints
This meme is ridiculous my fricking mom asked me about it kek.
but it works?
>(30 minutes) 15% 2.5mph burns 250~ cals for an 80kg male, 2.75 burns 300~, 3 burns 350
I do it every morning on my treadmill and it isn't taxxing at all, I am sitting at like 125 bpm and I'm not even 80kg, that's just my goal weight.
Martial arts. Kickboxing, Judo, BJJ, Boxing.
All have a pretty demanding cardio component and don't feel like you're doing cardio to do cardio.
I row a 10k every day and listen to audio books while I do it.
>I've tried running but I always want to die by the end.
Then don't go as hard, moron. It takes time to build endurance.
There's also biking, swimming, rope skipping etc
Get a VR headset (oculus 2 is fine).
Beat Saber if you're into rhythm games.
Thrill of the Fight if you want to collapse from exhaustion.
>Beat Saber
this game looks like fun. is it actually a good cardio option or is it too easy to raise your heart rate?
Rowing machine and put on a movie.
learn to play the drums. two birds one stone.
I just do HIIT, run as fast as I can 3/4 of the indoor track, and then walk 1/4, repeat as needed. Guaranteed sweaty.
Buy a "Reflex bag"
It is basically a punching bag on a sprung pole and reacts to your hits. It makes it a bit more enjoyable than a heavy bag and its a pretty cheap instrument.
also Hiking if you live near good trailheads
