No fricking idea but matcha, which I drink a lot of, contains a great amount of L-theanine… This substance has become a feature of pre-workout drinks lately, and for good reason. If you work out harder, perhaps your T may go up? I think people also consume tribulus and horny goat weed as tea, though I could be wrong.

In eastern europe we do have tribulus terrestris tea, but the effect is not as big as one would like and it is not widespread.

Coffee is for wageslaves trying to squeeze more work out of themselves and people who sleep little.

Also no supplement will significantly raise test levels except steroids, and maybe longcat tali or whatever it's called.

Since you are a based steppe warrior, I will give you an answer that is actually helpful: Stinging nettle tea. Cheap and very easy to find in Europe, not sure about America.

Any idea why that shit makes me kinda woozy, especially if i have two cups instead of just one? Should you not have more than one cup at a time or is it just me having a strange reaction?

It's fairly high in iron and seems to be filling in a weird way, but no I have no idea why it's doing that to you.

Thanks, is it equal to, or better than black tea? I've also heard nettles and cardamom in tea are good for T, but dont really know

Green tea doesn't increase estrogen you're thinking of preworkout

fuck every single last one of you

    >ashwaganda
    >tongkat ali
    >TRIBULUS TERRISTRIS
    >Fadogia agrestis
Of those, I can personally confirm Tribulus Terristis.
    >travelling to other country, this always throws everything off
    >just not hungry, huh thats weird
    >probably eat less than 1000 for a month
    >crash test
    >dang it
    >What's this? "PassionMaxx..."
    >TRIBULUS TERRISTRIS
    >shit works better than Viagra/Cialis
    >i was a grower not a shower to begin with
    >shit keeps you half hard for three days straight, basically like a literal Black person
I'm sure that increases T levels, but I didn't get any tests to confirm that
