Stop drinking seriously. I used to have the same problem. After drinking I would feel regret or worry about what I said, how I presented myself, or how I came off. Plus it's a depressant. I never felt happy after a night of drinking even if I had the pleasure of talking to or fricking women. It's just not worth it imo
