          Pic of options

Do any of you use the preset options or do you just choose your pace and ruin a certain distance?

Yeah I'll just casually frick around with a tredmill like an autistic moron with everyone looking. I only get 20 minutes in not spending it touching buttons that i probably still won't know what they do. If you don't know you can just say so you c**t

                >I assumed that too but how does it know how intense to make it for a 38yo
a lot of people don't know this, but treadmills are actually super advanced pieces of technology. most treadmills use a learning algorithm based on your weight and assumed height (by tracking your gait) to determine an optimal training regimen for your goals. the cool part is that your gait is actually like a fingerprint, it's completely unique to you, so the machine will remember you each time you return to that particular machine and adjust it's plan accordingly. a lot of people are making fun of you for wanting to find the manual for the machine, but you're right to do so. Most people should do heavy research before ever setting foot on a treadmill. Once you get the hang of it, you too can watch newbies like a hawk and silently laugh to yourself as they press the buttons cluelessly, like a monkey trying to fly a plane

Do you think people go to the gym just to do that? Your post is more autistic than this made up scenario in your mind.
