        Seems just slightly undersized to me. I eat about 450g of 95/5 ground meat and 500g of potatoes in one meal. Wish I could eat that more frequently but lean meat is expensive

        Thanks. I’m just 5 pounds away from my goal weight, but nearly six months on a cut does things to a man’s head. Especially when the food I like the most isn’t even fast food but normal shit like plantains and beans

      i just had one triple burguer and almost a half, so I basically ate 450gr of minced meat plus bread and cheddar
      why am i so weak? should just give up and become fat, at least i'll enjoy food

    No. I only ate one meal today. I'm supposed to be doing SS + gomad but I just couldn't be bothered to eat. Now I'm going to miss my squats tomorrow

    No picture, but I also had potato wedges, mine didn't look as pathetic though, had myself a nice sirloin steak too, at least that's what I think burgers call the cut. Was good, don't have red meat often enough.
