Any other bros here with pectus? Been lifting for nearly two months now, how much of an impact will it make on my physique as I continue? It's nice seeing improvements to my body but I can't help but feel slightly demotivated because of it. I'm not as bad as picrel btw
is that your butthole?
I have pectus, maybe half as bad as picrel. The only thing it effects visually is obviously my pecs, I can't tell if I have good looking pecs or if they look bigger than they are due to the lack of a frontward sternum. Don't feel bad about it, women in my experience think it's goofy in a cute way
Embrace it, keep fighting, meditate, be kind to your fellow man WAGAMI, disregard blackpill incels.
I have pectus and it's the same situation as
If you're weak to women's opinions, they really don't care. The first time I got laid the girl was actually resting her hand on my chest like it was nothing.
Be confident, keep lifting. You might want to focus on chest and back, to balance it out. If it doesn't inhibit your breathing or heart, pectus is in your favor
Just sell it as some kind of cool accident, like you got punched by Mike Tyson or smth

Underated post
I have pectus aswell, brother. My physique is trash currently but I'm gonna continue my journey until one day I post in a cbt thread. Godspeed
I was born without a pectoralis major muscle on my left chest. I think it's called Poland syndrome. No matter what I do I will always be a freak.
Marfan homies
>over 6ft
>fricked up chest
Fair trade I suppose
I have it too, kinda like picrel. Been doing calisthenics for 6+ months and already got a bigger chest. Problem is I feel it's not going to compensate it as I intended in the first place. I supose if you've a lesser grade of pec you won't have problems to make it almost unnoticeable, so keep going.
I feel going to the gym is more efficient than calisthenics to get to your goal, but since you can't get bigger on the inner side of the chest, as I've been told, it's kind of a lost battle but frick it, just get big as frick.
Pectus here. I've been doing exercise for 10 years now and it simply won't get better. But you can make less noticeable by increasing the muscle in other parts. In fact, the bigger the chest gets I think it will be worse.
Focus mostly on the back, 2 exercises for the back for every each of chest. And fix the posture
This, this helps a lot. I have very very mild pectus, but it’s still a bit weird. My insertions for my chest from an aesthetic stand point looks kinda weird, but with a shirt on my pecs pop more than modt people else I know, and I really don’t drain chest too much, just dips and overhead press
But I have done tons of back exercises and it seems to have helped, I also used to get clavical pain and pain in my sternum that seems to have gone away (potentially due to the back exercises)
Also I don’t bench, I think that aggravates things.
You could be different, but for me, benching with any amount of pectus seems to be a no-go
Putting muscle on your pecs will make it look more presentable.
Continue to improve your body and do not falter due to insecurities, which are louder than physical abnormalities. I was born with pectus excavatum, and it has never been a problem. I am a gymnast, and the heavy emphasis on the chest has reduced its visibility. Of course, no one is looking at your pectus but you!
Meant for
Another victim of DIO, sad
I have severe pectus and I dont give a frick. fiancé doesnt care and people just assume its your pecs being huge and a bit weird. just lift bro, its all about big arms and wide shoulders to look good anyways
Get a vacuum bell, it's a suction cup that can fix this after months of consistent use. I got one from Russia for around $500. A dude on reddit completely fixed his and wrote a guide focused on the bell and stretches/posture. /u/StrongClock on reddit
this gets asked from time to time so i usually post body to show how it looks when you are decently big
3/5/5.5 body 177 cm 82 kg
I really do not care
Let me dig up my old progress pic one second
Here this is from a few months ago. I'll copy what I said then.
Pic related is me in march 2020 to feb of this year, pretty much just basic chest exercises like bench and flies. Only recently started doing dips, honestly they don't do much for pectus. Once you have a little chest, the biggest thing is upper abs to fill it in. Core training is generally pretty pointless but ab wheel and dragon flags really helped me the most.
None of this "fixes" it, but the hole fills up with meat. You can still see I have it but if I flex it vanishes completely.
I have it nearly as bad as picrel
>I feel slightly demotivated because of it
Why? You will look significantly better with pectus and ripped than with pectus and not ripped. You probably won't be a professional bodybuilder but you're not going to miss out on any pussy over it.
>not going to miss out on any pussy over it.
bruh chicks these days will ghost you without remorse if you so much as sneeze in a weird way once
