>still barely only able to lift a bit below basically 1/2/3/4 for 1 rep
>bulked several times where gained 10kg but lifts did not increase
>tried to cut several times but just get skinnyfat
>tried several routines and progression types, none work
Maybe i just have very low testosterone or thyroid problems. Or maybe autism affects muscles?

        Basically me. I do think it‘s low testosterone, I‘m thinking about going to the doc, maybe I will get some test. Just couldnt do it mentally yet. My progress in the gym is starting to stall now after 10 months.

            I really dont know enough about it to give any advice. I have to do a shit ton of research first. I have noticed though when people talk about steroids, some say „I think about doing *just* test“ so it makes me think it‘s less worse than shit like tren, dbol and stuff.

        You're right, it wont. Because forcing yourself to eat a surplus is hard so you wont do it. You'll come up with some other cope about why you dont need to force another spoonful of food down your throat because you already feel sick, "oh I'm not THAT far under my required intake, it's fine", then "oh i was pretty close yesterday, i don't need to force myself today - I'll eat extra tomorrow". If you did managed to muster up the balls to fraud you'd still make shit gains because fundamentally you're just a lazy frick.

    If you put in average effort you get average results. That’s honestly not bad because most people don’t work out all. But what makes you think you’re going bench 300 or get to above 200 lean if you don’t put in above average effort? You’re literally just being a b***h and making shitty excuses like low test.     OP, you're actually so moronic it's crazy.

    Look, mother fricker, there are only three things that matter in building muscle.
    1. Calories
    2. Protein
    3. Hypertrophy

    If you're gaining 10kg of weight during a bulk, and not a single one of your lifts went up, either you're literally not eating any protein, or you need to workout more.

    Stronglifts is made for beginners. It literally is 3 lifts a day. Do you really think you're going to continue to get massive gains with 3 lifts a day? Sure, you can still progress, but there is a limit, and it seems like you've hit it. Just add more lifts, dumbass.

    4. (Bonus element) Sleep

    If you're not sleeping 8 hours a night, you're sabatoging yourself.

    Before blaming your test levels, maybe consider what you're doing wrong. Even women can improve their lifts if they gain 10kg, unless they're not working out enough.

    Yeah Im a hardgaining weak frick too OP. I got a 2pl8 bench and 1pl8 OHP relatively smoothly though, 1plate first 4 months lifting and 2pl8 bench after 10 months (started from 65lbs) but deads and squats come hard to me. Took 3 years (mutltiple set backs, got sick, etc) to get a 3pl8 squat and my dead isnt at 4pl8 either.
