How do I ensure I stop obsessing over the consumption of food forever? No way there are people out there who can just eat and exist. I either go to much or to little, I have no balance in my life. I can force food down even when I'm full, but it is "harder" to eat moderately. I can adhere to a diet, but the second I can "eat as many as I want, but no more than X" I start to justify 1 or 2 more.
