Nothing you personally can do can limit your exposure to microplastics. They're everywhere, in everything - as ubiquitous in the environment as fricking water.

Remember this next time some fricking American starts whining about government regulation. Some problems can only be solved at the societal level.

I hate Americans so much it's unreal.

That's simply not true. They're way less in ground water for example. Not buying bottled water helps a ton

Sure buddy, cling to the talisman of "personal responsibility" even while the plastics pile up in your gut and your blood. I'm beyond caring about the fate of man. All you stupid fricks deserve it.

Or, y'know, you could do something collectively with the rest of society instead of pretending that your personal virtue is the only thing that counts in life and luck isn't real.

I won't post again. I draw great comfort from the fact that, knowingly or not, you can't escape the suffering.

Literally. Look it up. There are filtration systems out there for this shit. You could get estrogen filters for tap water on the free market. Your ZOG government refuses to help you.

            have a nice day.

Being tautological is a sign of low intelligence, as is browsing /misc/ and blaming every problem on israelites. No wonder there are so many school shooters in America with the selection of incels the FBI has in here.

there are already detectable micro plastics in the rain, so, unless you are tapping a really deep reservoir, i'm sure soon enought even ground water will have plastic particles in it, just do your best to avoid the big sources

      >nothing you can do to avoid 100% of microplastics, may as well slather them all over your skin

        >you might not be able to avoid a fatal dose of lead poisoning but you can avoid a double fatal dose of lead poisoning
his point is that it doesn't make a difference

it's a bad point in some ways because we don't know what the levels of exposure that are dangerous are, but it's a good point in the sense that microplastics are in the air that you are breathing right now. they will be in every breath you ever take from now to the grave.

Isn't the burn technically good, it's a response removing the damaged cells?
If you don't burn, doesn't that just mean you're more likely to get cancer

It's like IST is not one person. Every platform that is completely open will draw a lot of morons. It's your job to filter through the bullshit. And yes, most sunscreen contains stuff that is is bad like oxybenzone, homosalate, octocrylene etc. This is common knowlegde

look for "vegan, sustainable, ethically made" etc, I'm not vegan for obvious reasons but most vegan and sustainable shit avoids plastics like the fricking plague, same with the clothes, bought my underwear from a vegan place becauseu nlike most underwear it has no plastic/microplastics since they can be absorbed by the skin (my ballskin haha)
