    "Some" lifting and mostly cardio (swimming/running). It all comes down to low BF%.
    Also keto to cut water retention.

    if you're an actor, then you hire a personal trainer so that you can look like this for a few weeks during shooting. Otherwise you would have to keep yourself on a strict workout schedule with a very strict diet. So like other anons said, just find some drugs that make you lose apatite

    go carnivore omad, not because of the meme, but because the high fat and protein + omad is amazing for satiety. could easily do 1,000cal a day.

    Here are some tips:
    Don't stock any junk food
    Don't even consider eating out
    Be too lazy to make your own food (works best as a combo with the prior two)
    Have a terrible attention span so you forget to eat
    Be depressed

    Train weights 3 - 5 a week. ( My routine atm Upper, lower, upper, lower, body-building day).
    Start eating a calorie deficit or take up a high impact sport (BJJ and wrestling for me) Muay thai, boxing, biking, running or anything that tests your fitness heaps.
    Limit eating out, make your own meals.
    I mainly train for strength at a low bw, so im sure if you just did callisthenics or full body-building (High reps) you can achieve a similar physique, probably better.

      how do you balance weights and bjj bro? I train jits 5 nights a week, try to do a few kettlebell sessions but anything more kills me. Maybe I should just hop on test
