    We used to have fit recipes here all the time, I think you could upgrade a lot of them using this. The ability to throw everything into the bucket at the same time and 20min later you have a steak and sweet potato fries makes it practically unbeatable. Imagine all the rest of the food...

      Salmon sliced in 3x3cm chunks and breaded with eggs and panko. 12 minutes at 175C.
      Halved brusselsprouts (fresh or frozen) tossed with garlic butter, salt and pepper. 14 minutes at 180C.
      'Tater wedges. Tossed with butter or olive oil, salted and peppered. 12 minutes at 175C, given a shake and another 10 minutes at 180C.

    dude it's just a tiny counter-top electric fan oven. it's not magic
    Some of the B-vitamins can be broken down by heat, but it's a function of heat+time, so the faster you cook your food, the more B-vitamins will remain intact.

    The average cook time is like 20min. How about some routines that you can complete while it's cooking? We should have 1 push, 1 pull, and 1 leg routine.
