                People in general have similar torso size. The main difference is in limb length. The amount of muscles short people can put on their hands isn't any smaller than for tall people. He looks big, but if he had longer hands, legs and wider ahoulders, he would be a total dyel.

                Care to elaborate how do you estimate body fat percentage?
                Before we had one index that was used only to estimate if the whole population are getting fatter or leaner and would allow doctors to ring alarm if an individual reaches certain threshold. Nothing else was ever expected from bmi.
                But now, when there is no consensus on how to measure body fat, and all existing techniques are insanely inaccurate (except when you have a dead body and can actually separate fat), science based lifting followers apply bmi with added body fat% variable as something legitimate. When in reality, it doesn't mean anything.
                Height doesn't represent how much lean mass you can get.
                Your weight doesn't tell anything about your muscle mass.
                Body fat % is just a moronic variable.
                Yet, people use it to decide if they can still gain muscles naturally or if they should roid.

                Often people are short because they were deprived from vital nutrients during their childhood. They initially have smaller muscles because of that.
                Often people who are very tall, are so because of low testosterone during puberty.
                Jeff is comically small. It's hilarious he has guts to teach others. He is a shoemaker without any shoes. The only reason people do listen to him, is not knowing that he is a midget. If they saw him in the gym, they would ignore anything he has to say.

                I don't teach others. I don't care much about my training and my diet. I know what I'm doing, But not fanatical about it and will skip gym if I have something importing going on. My goal is a functioning healthy body, not large muscles.
                All in all, I'm not a shoemaker. Nor do I pretend to be one. (The last one isn't a translation from my mother tongm it's called inverted form. Just in case)

    i started out using his 5x full body routine, although since at the time i was working out from home I replaced anything that required cables or machines with free weight variations, it was more of a loose blueprint for me to find out what worked best but it did me wonders both in terms of results and fatigue management which was an issue with other programs i tried at the time
