I know it turned into a meme, but whole milk really is the best for increasing calorie consumption with little effort.
This is my dinner when i wanna safe time and get fast cals+proteins.
Basically a cacao milk with egg yolk mixed in. + a bit of collagen powder
I still cook the eggwhites tho
Forgot pic
Similar boat: I don't eat enough, but I'm getting better.
I recommend being like fatties, and always have some food in sight. E.g. always have a few granola bars in your backpack, a bottle of milk in hand, some snacks nearby.
I can't get not even to 2000. I wake up at 8 am, eat a super heavy breakfast, always make sure to have a lot of spaghetti. Then a huge protein smoothie, then lunch, then a light snack and a heavy dinner. And it's still not enough.
There's not enough time in the day to eat even more and i'm not gonna buy 9999 mcdonalds burgers.
A heavy meal is 1000+ calories. What you're eating isn't heavy at all.
Unironically add high amounts of milk and peanut butter to whatever else you are eating and you should have no issues gaining weight
Really this. Milk+ chocolate whey+ peanut butter will push you to 3k easily
Is peanut butter seriously that good for you? I have chocolate whey but i just throw a banana, a spoon of sugar and a shitload of milk. Putting peanut butter in the mix seems weird, also wouldn't it mess with the mixer knife things?
How do you not get sick of eating the same foods over and over again? Everybody recommends oats but i've eaten them so much it's been months since I've had them but if I were to make a bowl tomorrow I wouldn't be able to finish more than 3 bites
Keep a rotation of meals you like so you can swap them out when you get bored.
Grind them into your shakes
>2c milk, 1c oats, banana, peanutbutter, protein
1200 calories, 56g protein. Drink one in the morning one at night, have one meal in between. It isn’t fricking hard dude
i swear i've tried this, I can taste them through all the other shit and it makes a shake inedible for me. It's so bad especially when it's a key ingredient in those shakes.
for background I used to eat 4 1 cup packets of them every morning for 3 straight months
Just down it you absolute nancy
try cinnamon
Or don't, it harms the prostate
>I can taste them through all the other shit and it makes a shake inedible for me.
1) buy the oats ground into flour already
2) mix with other seeds grains like almond flour
3) add a tsp or two of ground flax, will distract you from the other grit
4) add two banan and/or milk powder to make it creamier.
I ate 2-5 eggs and a bowl of oats every morning i woke up at home for 3 years straight. Fricking add berries or banana slices to it, if you want variation.
I like eating
I imagine its zyzz's semen
185lbs - I eat 3300 calories a day to push clean to 190-195 this winter - what do you need to know?
Never understood this nonsense. Milk, protein powder, peanut butter, banana in blender is an easy 1,000 thank you can drink.
I do this every other morning with saltines. Very yummy.
hey thats my protein shake
Yeah, eating in high 4000s low 5000s. Only plan is add in my head how much cal I have eaten twice a day and shove some high calorie food in my face if it's too low. High calorie foods are:
>milk
>yogurt
>nuts
>homemade meal replacement shake (nut/grains/milk powder/vitamins)
>oatmeal cookies
>cheap value hamburgers
>big bowl of rice /w butter
>milkshakes/smoothies
>deens with ramen
Only macro I deal with is sugar. Have changed diet from 50% fat to 30% fat and am considering walking it back because I felt better before. Protein is always enough at 4-5000 cals.
Are you guys moronic?
3000 isn't that much. I weight <80kg and eat more than 3000 for maintenance, do you sit on your ass all day or something?
Cheese
You are looking at this the wrong way.
You don't eat as much as you can hoping it would be enough.
You calculate how much cals and macros you need, then build a diet plan around this. Like fully autistic plan, very detailed. Example:
Bereakfast - 5 eggs, 100g oats, 50g cheese
Lunch - 200 g chicken breast, 100g carbs, 100 g green leafy veggies
Etc.
Then you just stuff yourself with w/e you have. Take 1 hour having lunch, idc just stuff it in.
GOMAD on days I work out and HGOMAD on off days is the only thing that worked for me (all raw milk btw for more calories). The only problem for me is that cause reflux and made my singing voice worse.
i tried gomad for a day and thought i was going to puke
Yeah it grossed me out sometimes to, you just have to not think about it.
There are so many better alternatives to gomad. Why would you do this to yourself?
I’m getting 4200 calories a day. 2 small 800 calorie meals and a 2600 calorie shake. Drinking is the way if your body can adapt.
I buy this meal replacement thing. 1200 calories in 4 scoops. Mix with water and have that in the morning between breakfast and lunch. Usually have second lunch around 3 if not eat protein bra/yogurt granola sometimes shitty food just for the sakes of calories. Then dinner
Cheeses.
Nuts.
Oatmeal.
Milk if you tolerate it well.
Abuse the frick out of butter.
Eat only red meat and fatty fish. No fricking chicken. Pasta as your carb source in the meal.
What do all of these have in common? Caloric density while still not having shit tier macro compositions.
Yes, I eat 3000 a day. I am getting a little chonky, but not half as chonky as I worried about, and I'm making gains in both size and strength I've wanted for many years.
I'll probably cut back in a week or 2 until I feel thinner again. I wish I had tried this before, turns out eating is the reason I was always a hard gainer. I lift for looks mind you, don't care about power lifter weights
Do you sleep properly, use drugs eat healthy?
I don't understand how you people can't hit 3,000 calories. Never hear about pizza and shit like that? Processed foods? Or are you trying to hit 3,000 calories on clean whole foods?
Shakes bruh. It's really not hard to blend up 1200 calaroies. Do that twice a day and eat one meal if your lazy as frick, which it sound like you are.
to gain weight due to time constraints
>>can never seem to eat enough food during the day
Black person even if you were working a 16 hour shift you would get 2 30 minute breaks and 4 15 minute breaks to eat
On the way to and from work you will pass at least 20 fast food restaurants and gas stations that can get 1200 calories in your face in <5 minutes
how tf do you not have time to eat? Do you also not have time to wipe your fricking ass?
I was only at 1500 calories for the day, bought 600g of filet mignon, eating it as I write this.
>yfw 1600 calories
>yfw 156 grams of protein.
inb4 "who can eat 600 grams of filet mignon in one sitting" Just pretend you're a viking and eat it
Take the Filet mignon pill or you're never gonna make it.
>who can eat 600 grams of filet mignon in one sitting
That's the most expensive and tender cut of beef. If you can't eat that, you're moronic and gay.
i ate a 2lb steak in a sitting once. i think it was a ribeye
eat a pecan pie with melted lindt white chocolate ontop, that easy.
GOMADsirs
can i just like, add milo or some choc powder to make milk taster better
>t. i am a huge throbbing vegana when it comes to plain milk
You can add whatever the frick you want, milk isn't exactly the ideal calorie source to begin with so depending on your goals aka how much do you care about getting disproportionally fatter vs muscle/strength gains just go wild bro
3000 cals is pretty normal during work week. Weekends can easily fall between 5-8k per day
Drink juice, carbs and sugar are good for you and performance.
