I don't use social media and I go to a serious gym owned by a person rather than a corporation. Everyone here is friendly and works hard.
in my gym there is that guy who only workout in his underwear, grunts like a pig and screams at the mirror. but nobody dares to say something because he's the biggest guy there.

i started going to the gym in 2011. I went to the gym yesterday also. It was like stepping inside 12 years ago. Really there is no noteworthy difference apart from the fact that women's gym attire has changed. Yeah they used black tight yoga pants back then but now the shapewear has evolved into more colorful and shorter pieces but a fat ass and tight yoga pants were pretty coomer tier also.

I used to go to a more "serious" gym which cost more, had nicer equipment and was full of guys on juice. I saw way more people filming themselves there than in any chain commercial gym.
