      No. The ratios are awful and the women are on ultra-guard. Well, the good ones, anyway. It's an okay way to make friends, but expecting to get laid is a fool's errand.

      I always end up going with friends and watching them strike out massively because - even when I throw parties and try to control numbers - it's like 90% men and 10% women, and the 10% are massively on guard.

      This is more or less correct. The girls that ARE dtf are more or less town bicycles with shady behavior and tons of drama. It's literally sticking your dick into low-tier AND crazy pussy.         New routine and seeing progress this time
        Going to the gym for mass gain not doing moronic calorie restriction
        I cut wait from being a fatty with no visable triceps
        My quads have gains
        Im just going to bulk and keep the routine
        1 set to failure lifting heavy
        One gym day, two rest etc

      You are all over the place so it's obvious why you are getting no gains.

      The big movers there for leg development are going to be (in order) squats, deadlift, leg press and calf raise and if you are doing them with the proper intensity and form to actually grow them you will be beat after just those.

      Focus on linear progression (add weight and/or reps each workout). You are basically the same as a boomer who does the machine circuit once a week.
